LittleBIGPlanet2
LittleBigPlanet 2 (commonly abbreviated as LBP2) is a puzzle game, focusing on user-generated content. The game is developed by Media Molecule, published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe on PlayStation 3 and was originally scheduled for release in November 2010 but has now had its release delayed until January 2011. The release date in North America later specified as January 18, 2011.
Unlike the first game that was marketed as a platform game, LBP2 is being marketed as a "gaming platform." This is a direct sequel to LittleBigPlanet critically acclaimed title of 2008 and the third game of the series following a PSP version released in 2009. Most of the more than 3 million user-created levels in the first game drive and can be played and edited in LittleBigPlanet 2.
The new Screen.
The players continue with the trip of Sackboy after the events of the first game and the portable version. A vacuum interdimensional appears over the skies of LittleBigPlanet and begins to suck its inhabitants, including Sackboy. Larry Da Vinci, the leader of a semi-semi-secret organizations known as "The Alliance" comes to rescue Sackboy save him from what they call "The Negativitron." The organization is dedicated to fighting to "Negativitron" and defeat it before it destroys Craftworld.
Gameplay.
While maintaining the three layers, the 2.5D nature of the original title, with the player controlling Sackboy characters, players are not limited to the levels of platforms and can now choose to create many types of levels, including racing, and puzzle. The player can also choose to create and customize their own "heads-up display" to accommodate your type of game. New Animation recording options are available and players will be able to create full motion cut scenes to go with its level design, manipulate the camera to cut scenes and gameplay, and record your own sound effects for use level. In addition to including a wide selection of original and licensed music, the game also includes a strong music sequencer. Multiple levels can be linked together, so you finish a level immediately takes the player to another in the serie.Sackbots can be programmed to follow Sackboy.
A new tool to assist in the creation of the game is the "seat of direct control." This allows players to assign specific actions such as button clicks or Sixaxis motion control, with specific aspects of game design. Players are not limited to using the seat of a direct control over level items, however, and can use it to direct the actions of the player's Sackboy character, allowing greater freedom of movement, Media Molecule made this decision design in response to the many tributes to the first platform games, where players had to "hide" and manipulate the character Sackboy specifically to replicate the style of play. In addition to this tool, the gameplay elements, similar to paintball gun Metal Gear Solid released as downloadable content will be available as a hook, "Creatinator" - wearing a hat that Sackboy and can be configured by the Creator to shoot anything special Sackboy and gloves used to pick up and throw objects with the R1 button drinkable. Media Molecule is planning to regularly update the game elements.
Little Big Community
The online game community will also improve with the creation of the website LBP.me. From there, players can synchronize with your PlayStation Network ID to check the stats on their own levels, and find new levels of community, where you can queue them for automatic downloading when its PlayStation 3 is next in line. In relation to the official website of the community, improving the characteristics of the API means that pictures and photos taken within the game can be displayed on the website of a player or a blog;. Web site owners can also use the API to add live data and the game itself mismo.Los creators will also be able to generate QR codes for their levels. When scanning a compatible device like a mobile phone, which will provide a link with the level of LBP.me or take the user directly to a level if scanned into the game with the PlayStation Eye.
Development
The game was hinted for the first time a representative of Sony in March 2010, which stated that the game was in production and support Move PlayStation controllers, and in April 2010 by the musician "Ochre", which revealed a his songs have been released for the game. Then, it was officially unveiled by the game magazines and GameInformer Edge in June 2010 issues. On May 8, 2010 Media Molecule were officially confirmed that LittleBigPlanet 2 in developing your Twitter account and hinted that the game would be formally unveiled on Monday May 10, 2010. On May 10, 2010, the official website launched a website announcement and the news article announcing the game with game details and trailer. The announcement was made also on the PlayStation Blog for a Q4 2010 release date. Many gaming sites reported on the game when he lifted an embargo, including EuroGamer, IGN.
In July 2008, Media Molecule said it should ever be a sequel to LittleBigPlanet that the game would have backward compatibility with the user of the original game, the levels of creation. In November 2009, Danny designer Media Molecule Level Leaver, said that a sequel would fragment the community of LBP, calling it "the most counterproductive thing they could do."
Conclusion.
Our dear Great Planet grows increasingly more and more with tools never before seen and unimaginable, in addition to the big servers that has this game to always run smoothly. The game developers should be happy to have created something in which to gather everyone of the players in one place.
Greetings.
